How long does it take to ship to USA?
Most shipping to the USA takes between 3-10 business days; as long there are no delays with transit or closures.
Is there insurance?
Yes, all orders are fully insured when they are shipped out.

How tall is the pampas?
Pampas grass is between 3.5 to 4 feet tall, no two stems are the same.
How long do they last?
They will last forever and always look the same.
How are they maintained?
Pampas grass is dried and preserved. There is no need for water or soil. We recommend semi sunlight to not dry out the plumes too soon. We also encourage monthly dusting by gently shaking them outside to remove any dust or dander.

How is it packaged?
All our dried florals are packaged within a protective covering and comfort protection to ensure safe transit. All are boxed and sealed with notifications of gentility on the exterior of the package, photographed and shipped.
